3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals for data collection activities
• Ensuring access to project sites when required
• Timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms

4. Intellectual Property

All custom solutions, methodologies, and deliverables created specifically for a client project become the property of the client upon full payment. However, Geospatial Solutions LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during the project for future work.

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client data and maintaining confidentiality. All project data and information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of completing the contracted services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Geospatial Solutions LLC's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

8. Project Changes and Cancellation

Any changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs. Cancellation policies will be specified in individual project agreements.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Geospatial Solutions LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
