Change detection
What changed between these dates?
Compare imagery to locate development, land clearing, surface-water changes, and other visible differences.
You receive: Before-and-after maps, change polygons, and area summaries.

Remote sensing. Real answers.
See what changed. Know where to act.
Turn satellite images into clear maps, measurable changes, and GIS-ready data. We help land, infrastructure, and environmental teams answer specific questions about their project area.
Have imagery already? We can work with it. Need help sourcing it? Start here.
Choose your question
From a single site to a regional study, we shape the analysis around your decision. Start with one task or combine services in a scoped project.
What changed between these dates?
Compare imagery to locate development, land clearing, surface-water changes, and other visible differences.
You receive: Before-and-after maps, change polygons, and area summaries.
What’s on the ground, and how much?
Classify vegetation, built surfaces, bare ground, and water across your project area using an agreed class scheme.
You receive: Classified rasters, GIS layers, and acreage by class.
Where is vegetation changing?
Use suitable multispectral imagery to compare vegetation patterns across fields, forests, or managed land over time.
You receive: Vegetation index maps, time-series summaries, and review areas.
Which features are visible in my area?
Map buildings, roads, solar arrays, and other agreed features where image resolution supports reliable interpretation.
You receive: Attributed feature layers, review flags, and QA notes.
What was the condition before the event?
Review dated imagery to document earlier site conditions and compare them with later observations for recovery, claims, and project review.
You receive: Annotated historical imagery, comparison maps, and source-date notes.
How did this place change over time?
Create time-lapse videos from available dated imagery to explain development, land-cover changes, or the progression of an event.
You receive: Date-labeled time-lapse video and presentation visuals.

Experience that matters
We successfully helped challenge FEMA by helping prove a site’s pre-disaster condition.
That experience informs how we approach historical imagery analysis: establish what was visible before an event, compare it with later observations, and make the supporting evidence clear.
For pre-disaster reviews, we can scope dated imagery comparisons, annotated maps, and a visual timeline that helps your team explain the site’s condition.

We combine hands-on platform experience with automation and visual storytelling, so the work can support both your analysts and your audience.
We have experience creating geographic animations in Google Earth Studio to give audiences clear site and regional context.
Our experience includes automating ENVI image-processing workflows for repeatable analysis across scenes and dates.
We automate ArcGIS Pro workflows to process imagery, prepare GIS layers, and produce consistent map outputs.

A clear path to delivery
We confirm feasibility, scope, and cost before the analysis begins.
01
Send a location or boundary, the question you need answered, and any dates or deadlines. Existing imagery is welcome, but not required.
02
We assess image availability and suitability, define the outputs and QA criteria, and provide a scope and estimate. A pilot can establish feasibility.
03
We analyze the agreed imagery and deliver maps, data, and methodology notes, with uncertain findings clearly flagged.
Let’s scope your project
Tell us what you’re trying to understand. We’ll review your brief and follow up with the next step toward a tailored project quote.

Pricing depends on the area, number of dates, image resolution, analysis complexity, quality review, and deliverables. Commercial imagery licensing can be a separate cost. Share your location and objective, and we’ll scope the work and provide a project-specific estimate before you commit.
No. We can assess suitable public imagery and commercial options, or work with imagery you already have permission to use. We confirm coverage, dates, resolution, and licensing needs before analysis begins.
Yes. We can scope a one-time comparison or a repeat monitoring workflow. The available archive, cloud cover, season, image resolution, and collection schedule determine which dates and monitoring intervals are practical.
Yes. We can create time-lapse videos from available dated imagery and geographic animations using our Google Earth Studio experience. Time-lapse imagery shows observations across dates; a geographic animation helps explain the location and context. We scope the source imagery, date labels, and presentation format for your audience.
Yes. Our experience includes automating ENVI and ArcGIS Pro workflows for imagery processing, geospatial analysis, and map outputs. We can scope a repeatable workflow alongside a one-time analysis or a monitoring project.
We agree on the delivery package during scoping. It can include GeoTIFF rasters, GeoJSON or GeoPackage vector layers, CSV summaries, annotated maps, a methodology and quality review report, and time-lapse videos. Tell us if your team needs an ArcGIS Pro, ENVI, QGIS, or web map workflow.
Both depend on your task and the imagery available. We evaluate resolution, cloud cover, feature visibility, and validation data before agreeing on acceptance criteria and a schedule. Where useful, we start with a representative pilot area and document uncertain results for review.
Yes. Start with the decision you need to make and the location you care about. We’ll help translate that into an analysis approach, identify suitable imagery, and define useful outputs. You can select “Help me choose” in the project form.

We choose the stack around the job: browser maps for decision surfaces, spatial databases for reliable data, Python and GIS libraries for analysis, and annotation tools when imagery needs reviewer-ready labels.
